Any Correction Officers from VA

I am interested in finding out more about the Department of Corrections in the state of Virginia. If there are any CO from VA I would be greatful to hear about your experience and any information about the system.

Well lots of people read the post but no one replied. Guess there are not any Correctional Officers from VA here. If anyone has any input about corrections I would be interested to hear it. My boyfriend is looking into becoming a correctional officer and I am looking into becoming a Probation Officer once I finish my degree in Social Work.
