drug question

is buying drugs from one person and selling to a friend (i made no money on the deal) considered distributing. one thing i'm worried about, i did it about 8 years ago.

If you bought the drugs and gave them away it could be considered distributing. That may cause you problems. I suggest accepting that you did it and take responsiblity for it. See what they say.

I agree just take responsibility, and don't try to legitimize it. I had a similar event in my background, I simply told the plain truth (and I got hired!). I think more importantly, just state that you realize it was dumb, a mistake etc., as well as why you stopped being involved with that activity.
