FTO training, I got tased Friday afternoon, all week I have been out and about picked up the newly designed car from the shop and took it to get the electronics hooked up to it. Know how to write up an accident form and took a witness statement and a criminal mischief report all in my first week.

Just got back from being at the gym for 3 hours. I jogged,then walked (fast) and then jogged again on our local beach. Then I lifted weights,worked the machines and did sit ups and crunchs.
