I was at in-service training this week.....thank GOD it's over! I had to go to the Plymouth Police Academy, which is about 30 miles away, which meant I had to get out of bed at 6:50am for the last 4 days. :eek: I am NOT a morning person! This is the first night since Sunday that I've been up past 11pm, and I'm savoring an adult beverage in celebration. :D

The silver lining is that I had my two days off, four days of training, now two more days off, so I having a nice little vacation from actually working. :)

Been a crazy week here too..I was also at a training in Des Moines, Ia on Tuesday and Wednesday...It was a DEC Training re: Meth labs in Iowa. Does anyone else have a DEC team or related interest?
I find it so interesting.
We had a little St. Pat's day party last night and a deputy from the department I am testing for was there. I didn't really know him very well but a few shots of DisAnnaro later we were good buddies. He said it sounds like I have a good shot. Who knows..It did help me relax a bit. I have my app pretty much put together, just need to find a recent pic..Hmmm, I got a bikini pic from my Orlando trip? I don't know if I ever shared that here or not.. :D
