Doing alright..I'm debating if I should take my daughter to Sesame Street Live tomorrow or not..She's never been to one of those things..

Reason for asking is when Sesame Street Live was here and Monsters, INc on ice, the smaller kids really got scared more than anything. You have to realize it's LOUD.. and they're so much BIGGER than on tv..

THe only thing is..She's only 21 months old

Oh..ok.....what does she like to play with at home when she is chillin......find one of those toy boxes that are small enough for cars....fill it with her stuff and strap it on to the seat.....they make soft ones with Velcro (Fisher Price makes one).....she can just get what she wants when she wants it.....put on some Elmo tunes if she likes them...sing with her.....talk about what you are going go do..she will catch the drift. The secret is to keep her so distracted she does not get bored.....when my daughter was that age and we traveled, she would go ballistic on occasion...I mean, who wouldnt strapped into a seat.
We would tell her to look for cows...flowers, dirt. rocks.....and she would. Try it. Now, when we make our 9 hour or 7 hour trip to see gransparents, she finds stuff when she gets bored......"Look, dirt...cows....." Its pretty funny.

Yeah, when we had Veggie Tales and Bear in the Big Blue house....same thing. Kids go home screaming.. I think they're not prepared for it to be that loud or the characters to be that big.. I think I'd wait another year or two first..

It's going good!! I love it!! Have a 3.90 GPA so far, finished off last Sat at the range with the best target for weak/strong hand shooting! Had to smile about that - I beat the guys out! :D It makes for long days but it is obviously worth it!!

Riding horses at 11:30pm last night was great! Drunk and riding.. it was great..
Today.........not so great.. The stud that I'm breaking didn't cooperate so well! He decided to knock me in the nose with his head and knock me silly, then throw me to the ground! Oh well. bruised ribs. Took a good spill yesterday.. I've been breaking my stud. He's been doing good, but decided to have a buckin fit yesterday. But in the mean time, brought his head back and hit me in the nose.. So when he did that, I couldln't hold on anymore, was in a daze. So.. What's so dumb is the whole 40 minute ride of closepin turns, high degree drops and jumping logs I did fine..Didn't wipe out once..Then, going back to the truck I took a corner to fast on stand and crashed in the gravel..Everyone made fun of me..
Messed up my calf, hip and elbow..My ego is bruised the most though :o

Good news is one of my mares had her first baby that survived today!.
I haven't seen it, my sister called me. Last 2 have been born dead. She's healthy this time! I can't wait to see it. :D

YEP! I'm begging my sister to take pics for me on her camera phone and send them to me.. All I know so far is it's healthy, one white foot and a bald (white) face. She said she couldn't tell if it's gonna be bay, or sorrel..She didn't get close enough. Can't tell yet if it's a stud or filly. I'll find out more tonight. It was raining this morning.
