good morning!! I think I am holding a grudge against my damn computer I am only going to get the minimal grade for the 1st weeks lesson I still have lesson 2 to do and havent even looked at week 2 or 3 yet LOL

well yeah but am 3 weeks behind since I just started last week. I am not sure if defrag will do it I think I am overheating and the processor fan is cutting off so I have a floor fan blowing on it currently to try and get this work done if that dont work I'll have to get a new processor fan put in next weekend

right now its problem solving and to get caught up I am just going to do the minimal to at least get the grade. Once I am caught up I'll do the extra stuff to bring my GPA up. she knows I started late and that I was already behind and that my hours only give me so muich time to get the work done. I just hope she takes all that into account when I am turning in the work.

My hubby does that too....I think its pretty neat. He is either building computers or golf clubs...or wiring some surround sound thing in our house.....keeps him busy. LOL they just might. they like to ask alot of Ethical questions they will also probrably ask you about your use of force. How you will handle certain situations. Just remember think and breathe before speaking if you answer right away that will look bad if you wait and think it will look better on you. Another thing is dont cross your legs, sit straight up hands in lap or on table and try not to use your hands to speak. Lets say they ask you the question about the cop being beat up your best bet would be to call for back up and try to divert the crowd away from him, cause if you rush into help that will be 2 of you who will need help. I would get in my car call out over the PA that more ifficers are on the way and that they should dispurse now. If you have a cam in the car park it so you can find the actuall agressors to pick them out for arrest later. your main concern would be back up and diverting the crowd from the officer as well as calling for medical attention.

no I had that question its better at that point to play the political game. I know here in Florida its up to the officer to arrest on a DUI. You can always get them a ride home and you may save his *** for the turn around vote on the payraise. Unfortunatley for us this job is very political and sometimes you have to play the part. I got high marks for my answer that I would call him a cab and send him home.

Hey..I'm frustrated..First my husband doesn't support my interest in LE and pursuing it..Then I finally talk him into it 7 years later..Now that I am getting ready to test, all our friends behind me and pumping me up..He tells me the other day that he is too afraid that I could get hurt becuase I will most likely be working Nights for awhile, and it's too dangerous.
THis coming from a member of SWAT and all out extremist where danger is something he lives by..
I told him that I will start working out with him and his martial arts buddies again to learn some moves to be more prepared for the danger.

Hey..I'm frustrated..First my husband doesn't support my interest in LE and pursuing it..Then I finally talk him into it 7 years later..Now that I am getting ready to test, all our friends behind me and pumping me up..He tells me the other day that he is too afraid that I could get hurt becuase I will most likely be working Nights for awhile, and it's too dangerous.
THis coming from a member of SWAT and all out extremist where danger is something he lives by..
I told him that I will start working out with him and his martial arts buddies again to learn some moves to be more prepared for the danger.

I'm so fed up..Things have been pretty good with us and I thought our marriage was improving and now he's trying to make my decisions for me, run my life, and control my career..What the f@#$!
I'm frustrated..Needed to vent.
