Not sure how many of you have seen this vid, so I figured I'd post it up. Police camaro vs. a 15 yr old behind the wheel of a BMW. Pretty good--speeds up to 150mph. (at least thats what the officer calls it as)

I love the part where the announcer says "the he puts it into high gear and rockets to 150" so nonchalantly
And I would have kicked his *** for slamming on the brakes like that. The officer was probably doing 120 when he decided he wanted to stop and barely missed hitting him

You know what I love about that show? All the added noises they put in. Squealing tires, sirens, etc. Drives me nuts!
Good video though. Don't know if I would have pulled up next to the guy like that but when your adrenaline is pumpin sometimes you do stupid things. Glad he's OK.

I remember that showing on the local news when it was happening, what I don't get is why the officer didn't nudge his rear bumper when the road was clear at the end, is there special pursuit policies regarding this?

My department isn't allowed to even think about touching a car were chasing. Thats if they even let us chase.

I like it when they add the squealing tires & horns when the videos are shot from a helicopter. Do you really think the copter crew can hear that?

The rest of the video is dissapointing, and somewhat decieving, because they talk about the kid's car breaking down 15 minutes later, but if you examine the video they just use the same shot of him breaking from earlier in the chase... Hmmmmm, who would have thought a show on Fox would do such a thing?..

There's the whole chase, though...
