Anyone a SC Trooper?

I was driving down 95 from Boston down to Atlanta last week, and passing through SC at about 0300. I happen to notice to cars ( nice mustangs ) sitting in between north bound and south bound... Both had typical hazard lights blinking... Then as Im getting closer, at about 80mph, I slo wto about 70 as Im in lane 1, anyways before I even pass them, they both shoot out of the woods - south bound - at about 100mph. Im about to call it in, thinking 2 kids are racing... then to my surpirse, they both light up the 2 cars which were infront of me, doing about 85-90...

Anyways, just lookin to see if thats a typical pratice for you guys. ( Looked like fun.... :D :D )

Um, as far as I know, the troopers/highway patrol don't use mustangs, only cv's, camaros, and some intrepids, but I don't keep up with that dept. much. Could be locals?
