This publication has been doing the rounds of UK Police Website Forums and I thought that it would be an appropriate subject for this International Law Enforcement Forum.
It makes excellent reading and was first published in 1829 as a 'General Instruction' to every member of the Metropolitan Police. It is as appropriate to every police office of today as what it was then and not once does it mention the word, Corporate Business Plan.
