1998 K-9 case

I was just reading a story on Yahoo news which I find ridiculous. A guy was stopped for speeding in 1998 and the drug dog happened to do what he's training to do; the dog indicated that there was something in the trunk and the cops made a substantial bust. And they've been on trial ever since.
