The Courts give them the right to remain silent like all others we arrest. Little did the courts realize they lack the ability to do so.:D

They do make for some great videos in the DUI processing room though. Arrested a stripper, excuse me, exotic dancer, one night who did one heck of a performance when she saw the camera mounted on the wall. Could've made good money selling copies of that one.:D

I love the drunks who show up to court with thier defense liar in tow, all wearing thier Sunday best and wanting to go to trial.....and forgot to tell the defense liar about what they had done and said on the tape.

I had one, who stood in one spot for 10 minutes (the minimum time we are required to get for a tape) and didn't say a word, until he all of a sudden said "I'm so wasted" and fell over. :D

The funniest are the drunk lawyers that when they get to court their lawyer asks the judge to throw out the video because it incriminates their client.

I always liked the ones who would see the camera, then spend about 5 minutes screaming at it like a professional wrestler. Whenever I'd walk into a DL hearing or suppression hearing and the defense attorney would see I brought the tape with me, they always withdrew their motions.
