Hello RookieWife,
Back in 1994, I attended a Reserve Academy near you guys.It was thru Palomar College and training was done at the Escondido & San Marcos Campus.Any way it was a great program with a lot of great folks(Staff LE Officers/Dep's)
our Motto was "Honor Courage Commitment"
