Just checking to see what everyone thinks about your favorite forms. I am looking to get involved in something to add to my "tool box" as my PPCT intructor likes to say. He suggested Hapkido, Krav Maga, Kempo, or Arnis as great forms to study.
What do you think? Anyone have one that they care to do a testimony for?

i took kempo for a couple years and i thought it was great. it involved a lot of take downs and holds and things that come in pretty useful on the street. it was also great excercise.

I used to teach free style kickboxing - it combined grappling techniques with a very effective offensive boxing techniques combined MU THAI leg techniques.
IMO Mu THAI is a style learnt turn you into a fighting machine very quickly. However the student learns how to fight and be dangerous, the style I did didn't teach disciline or spiritualism in respecting this dangerous knowledge.
