Initial Meeting

I have recently submitted a letter of intent to a prospective agency and have been granted the initial meeting before they actually give you an application to fill out. I have been to only one of these before and I think, I bommbed on it. Especially, when they began the interview with the question tell us about yourself and why you want to be a cop. Where do you see yourself 10 years from now. I answered in chronological order. Just to give some background, I have been an auto mechanic for 20 yrs and pursuing the law enforcement career 1. cause I am tired of being greasy, 2. I really am interested in police work especially DUI enforcement.
