I am sure this has floated around before. I was curious and found it again today, thought I would share. Take special notice of San Francisco County vs. Shasta and Kern Counties.

The number of CCW in Shasta and Kern counties is in the thousands San Francisco is what, Eight CCW's. Why is that?....Here in Illinois we are not permitted CCW of any kind for lowlife civilians.....Why is that?....Easy, Chicago and it's totalitarian mayorwho is the real Governor of Illinois and who controls most of what transpires in our politics.

In the counties north of SF, CCWs are also nigh impossible to obtain. Unless of course, you make a $10000 donation to a department.
