directly applicable to a Bachelor's degree is preferred. In addition, it is preferred that
applicants have completed the Peace Officers, basic training, minimum 280 hours,

one prior to employment. It is also desirable that an applicant have some
background in dealing with the public. Starting salary for this position is $2300 per
