Part time around Tampa?

Anyone know of any depts. that hire part time around Tampa?

Their is no one that hires part timers in the Tampa area, I have looked the only thing you can do is become a reserve officer or deputy and then after a while you can work off duty jobs. I am guessing you are active air force as security forces, if you are and have over 1 year of time in service you can take the two week florida equiv. of traing for law enforcement which makes make you eligible for the state exam ( www.policestandards.org for more info) Its really pretty fun course. If you have any more info just let me know.

The plan is to take the 2 week course, then the exam. Once that's out of the way, find a dept that hires part time.

I could use something to do on my off duty time. The extra cash & experiences would be nice too ;)
