Have you ever participated on any joint international task forces? Did you find the experience worthwhile?
Do you get opportunities like that often?

As a U.S. Customs Special Agent, I have worked with officers from other countries, including RCMP and Canada Customs (while I was stationed on the Mexican Border!). It was usually 1 or 2 officers with us, not really a task force. There would be jurisdictional and privacy law questions about allowing foreign officers access to our information.
Always enjoyed working with Canadiens, but learned early on NEVER try to stay up with them after work, when they "stop for a few"!

I've spent some considerable time recovering from working with the Dutch police(crazy surveillance drivers) and have suffered terrible hangovers at the expense of Belgian customs. Always found them incredibly helpful though and embarrasingly good at the english language.
The French - don't even go there, they lie to you about what they will do, arrest suspects when you want them left alone, interfere with operations at the channel tunnel even though it's british territory legally and just generally antagonise anyone who comes in contact with them.
Portuguese - brilliant police/customs officers - lacking in experience but really enthusiastic to learn.
Norwegians - I can't remember most of what i did in norway, seriously big drinkers, but it is very cold, so you know.....
In years to come at least I'll be able to look back and think, well it beat sitting at a desk!

Sorry WW, none. Single Malt Scotch wiskey is my poison of choice. If I'm going to kill brain cells (those few I have left), I want to do it in style.
