Do you wake up in the morning.....
Automatically?
Alarm Clock?
Radio?
Other?
I usually have to set 2 different alarms, one close by which I keep hitting the snooze alarm and 1 farther away where I am forced to moved to shut off.
I find in the summer that I can usually get up without anything but the winter is another story!

Usually I need an alarm clock. Every once in awhile, I'll wake up without it.
Don't you HATE waking up say...10 minutes before the alarm, then trying to fall back asleep???

i dont wake up in the morning, i go to sleep in the morning.
but when i used to have to wake up in the AM, i set two alarms (one windup for backup) and had to hit my snooze about 5 times. thats why this shift is much better for me, i'm a night person.

I have two alarm clocks, one beside the bed, one in the bed. Mr T. my cat has a body clock that is on the money. Usually he starts trying to wake me before the alarm, but I've noticed lately since the weather has changed that he's sleepin' in.
The bad thing about T.'s body clock is that he doesn't know what "day off" is. On my days off he still thinks I should rise and shine at four-thirty in the AM. If the alarm doesn't go off he sits on the night table next to the alarm and starts meowing.

I have periods of mild insomnia and have been known to wake at midnight (AAARRRGGGHHH) and never get back to sleep! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Frown]" src="frown.gif" />

Ok...don't laugh but my mom calls me every morning to wake me up since I'm such a heavy sleeper...I sleep right through any alarm clock...a tornado can blow by and I would have no idea...so my mom is my alarm clock which rings at 7:30 in the morning... :( :D

Simple alarm clock set with the radio to come on works here.

I hate waking up..........and have to be forced to do it. I have to replace alarms every so often because I eventually get used to that sound and simply tune it out, so it doesn't wake me up.

I sort of have 2 alarms. One is my alarm clock which is on the wife's side of the bed. If I hit snooze too many time she makes sure I get up. Nothing wakes you like a .....elbow in the head.
Plus my three year old wakes up about the same time. She usually comes in our room and jumps on the bed!
But sleep is an interruption, much rather be posting here :D
