If anybody out there is a US Marshal or has any insight on this agency, please let me know all you can. I'm very interested in becoming a Marshal!!

I know this is going to sound rude, but meet some, and start kissing ***** now. They are a very selective agency and only take people they personally know and want. I have several friends who are Deputy U.S. Marshals and all of them had prior law enforcement experience and were actively involved with Deputies in off duty social organizations before they were brought on board. If you are a student, you might want to look into internship opportunities with them. That is another good door in in the larger metropolitan areas. They are an excellent agency and can be picky because they have people knocking on their door constantly to get in.

No, you weren't rude at all. I think there are several agencies like that, so, I'll go to college, get the best education I can, and we'll go from there. Thanks for your reply!

Don't get caught up in only applying for USMS. Shotgun out that resume to as many 1811 (Criminal Investigator) openings as you can; having that 1811 designator makes a lateral transfer much easier!
