What do they mean by bi-lingual? Does English and Ebonics count?

Does compassion and fairness play a role in Law Enforcement?

Don't know if you are being serious, lol. It means they want you to be able to speak more then one language, which is preferably spanish. French, German and Russian don't really work anymore these days for bi lingual, lol

Sarcasm im sure on his part. Sarcasm is a second language for anybody whose been doin this job for awhile.

I think fairness and compassion means after every ticket written, you will give a hug. If its a well endowed female then you give an extra loooong hug..Along with the citations..
