For some time, we have been considering this possibility, so we'll try it and see how it flies.

Use this forum to buy sell and trade virtually anything, e.g., books, duty gear, firearms, vehicles, etc. Specialty LE items should be handled via the LE-only Restricted Area.

Transaction arrangements will be entirely between the various parties, and transactions must conform to any applicable laws.

Further, since Ocom does sell advertising, it should be understood that this forum is for transactions between private parties, and not to promote or solicit business.

Naturally, the Staff reserves the right to edit or delete any post deemed to be commercial, illegal, or in poor taste.

DK was only referring to things we would sell openly going in RA, such as handcuff keys, back up gun holsters, the satellite photos of your garage with targeting data, etc.

Yes - as long as it is not part of some larger business venture. Some stores do sell through Ebay, and we'd rather not do that.

You can provide a link here, and it might be good to provide a quick description.

When we were in high school, Magneto was a walking military surplus store. He came into this old, ratty nylon "flak vest" from the Viet Nam era for next to nothing, and he kept it for years, and soiled it up right nice, then shot it with .22's and .30 Carbines to see how they'd penetrate (hey...come to think of it, Magneto was doing ballistic testing on armor when Mad Dog was still a puppy) and then after several years, told this guy that was THE WANNABE FROM HELL that this vest was worn by a Silver Star winner during a battle or some such guff, and the guy bought this "genuine war relic" for about $100!
