XD 45 Night Sights

I am looking for some night sights for my XD 45. I am not in LE yet but hope to be soon. I plan on carrying this as a duty weapon as most departments don't allow 1911s around here. I am looking for some reccomendations. I am considering a few options.

Trijicon night sights
meprolite night sights
or tru glo TFO sights. These are tritium with fiber optic inserts. Seem cool but I don't know how well they will hold up.

Also I was thinking about yellow rears with green front. Does this actually help or is it a gimmick?

I have the XD45 with Trijicons. Same color. I did look at Tru-Glo, but I have been told they are good for recreation shooting/HD. But if its more for a duty use, the Trijicons are much more durable....I have had mine for about two years and no problems. As far as different colors.....I think I would like to have a different colors. Maybe next time. I do think the odd color front sight may be easier to pick up.

I have the mepros on my XD.. Work great. I also have them on my HK, 3 of my Sigs, an 870 and 1 of my 1911's.

I have TFO's for my XD45 Tactical duty gun.
As far as durability, I have had them less than a year.

The 24/7 Standard Big Dot is great. I had the REALLY BIG, BIG DOT on an XD and it was too big. The standard Big Dot is just right.
