I am going to start lifting again, for strength and bulk. I have a problem, I dont have a workout partner and I want to do negatives. Is there a good subsitute for negatives. Specifically for my bench exercises. Any info would be greatly appreciated and thank you in advance.

Don't do negatives. They are very hard on the joints and will soon cause you to burn out and quit.
Stick with the basics. Squats, bench press, pullups, squats, military press and squats. Keep the reps in the three to eight range and don't do too many sets. Remember to work the abs with weights with same rep/set scheme as the other muscles. Strong abs are the key to a strong back. Pretty abs are useless.
Again, stick with the basics, don't do negatives, eat everything in sight and your muscle size and strength will go through straight up.

Alll depends on one's goal mister. I have a single "pretty boy" on my squad that would beg to differ with you. :D
