Just a heads up for everyone to invite you to check out our new LE Academy Listing.
We created this to provide a resource for our members and other web site visitors to help them communicate with other LE Trainers around the country.
Right now, we have mainly recruit academies and CJ programs. However, any LE training provider is welcome to be listed. This includes even the smallest department that has a designated training officer as well as private companies.
This new listing is different than the full page which NLETA members receive in our Online Membership Directory, or that participants receive in our Peer Discount Program Directory.
Please drop by and check your state. If you would like to add or correct a listing, then let us know.
Here's a summary of the different types of listings that we feature.
Academy Listing
FREE - Any LE training provider may be listed. Includes name, location, contact info, and web site (if any).
Peer Discount Program Directory
FREE - Only requirement is that you offer a discount to NLETA Members on training conducted. Includes your own web page with detailed information about you or your organization and the courses you offer.
NLETA Online Memberhsip Directory
NLETA MEMBERHSIP REQUIRED - Individuals who make application and qualify for membership in the NLETA receive a web page in our Online Memberhsip Directory and may also make free training announcements in our Online Training Calendar and E-Mail Newsletter.
