Restraint training

Does anyone know of any local (to the NYC Metro area or Kingston NY) police schools, colleges or universities that have courses on restraint (4 point or otherwise) of potentially violent suspects? I know of one in Rockland County, NY but don't know the quality of the training there.

Anyone with experience with these schools?

Since you are in the NY area, I suggest looking up Modernwarrior.com . Although I have never taken any of their courses, the founder and instructors are known worldwide for their training.
