Thanks to the chief moron in the governor's office, the almost completed 'Texas Counterdrug Training Institute' no longer has any funding. It appears several other narcotics enforcement related programs are going to be scrapped.

It's really a shame when statewide politics overshadow law enforcement.

We sure miss ol' George W. His predecessor is about worthless as teats on bull.
