GETTING SLOW HERE,OK WHAT ARE YOUR CRIMS ALLOCATED IN THEIR CELL ON RECEPTION,OUR LOVELY HOTEL FOR MISGUIDED MEN HAVE 1 SHOWER 1ELECTRIC KETTLE 1BED 1 TOILET 1 COLOUR TV SHEETS AND A BLANKET PLUS EATING UTENSILS ALL SUPPLIED BY THE EVER FORGIVING TAX PAYER AND A DIRECT LINE VIA THE EMERG INTERCOM TO THE PRISON CONTROL ROOM WHEN THEY DECIDE TO DO THEIR LITTLE CRY FOR HELP..POOR LITTLE BUGGERS :D

Electric kettle...eating utensils? Are those things left within the cell or are they issued with the meals?

I think a part of your post got cut off before I received it. You did not list an icebox or cooler for the beer ration :D

Our inmates are issued:
1-mattress
1-mattress cover (slip on variety)
2-blankets
3-shirts
4-pants
1-pr slippers
1-toothbrush (about 3" long)
1-tube of toothpaste
1-inmate rule book
1-roll toilet tissue (John Wayne variety ;) )

The cell has fixed bunks and tables; 1 shower, 1 solid stainless steel toilet with sink on top, one collect-call only telephone, one intercom for those "emergency" requests.

Actually, the rule book is what they toll up and try to smoke :eek:

I'm sure you've seen how ingenious some of the inmates can be.

And, make no mistake: They are more aware of what the Officers are doing than anyone cares to admit!!

Our inmates are issued.
1- mattress
1- slip on matress cover
2- blankets
1- towel
1- pair bob barker shower shoes.
1- t-shirt
1- pair sweat pants
1- pair ankle socks.
1- roll of T.P.
1- inmate rule book.
They are charged 1.75 for a hygiene kit,
it includes.
1- comb
1- T-brush.
1- 2.5 oz. tube of t-paste.
1- bic pen
They are allowed to have in their cell up to 10 books, 6 must be self help books, and no more than 4 pictures sent from home. They are allowed commissary but items are limited.

1 - Wool Blanket

They are also given a bin to store all their belongings in. Everything they have MUST fit in the bin (which is stored under the bunk) otherwise it is a write up for excess personal property.

Razors are offered every morning from 7:00am - 7:20am. All the showers have a soap/shampoo dispenser, and if they want any other personal hygiene items, they can buy them from the commissary.
