New South Wales Prison Service

I see that Prison Officers at Goulburn downed tools and there was a "Lock Down". Is NSW Prison Service State run, or is it Private and is Goulburn a maximum security prison? Next question - Are Maitland and Grafton Prisons still operational and are they max security?

Yeah, I missed it, but will probably pick it up on the replays. I love Rugby Union, especially between two great sides - All Blacks & Wallabies. Hmmm - mustn't forget Ireland.
