Good Morning,
I need info on "The Mexican Mafia". I have studied/worked hispanic gangs in the past (18th st, Mara Salvatrucha, Playboys, Drifters, Easyriders etc..) I have the personal knowledge and working experience, but I need further info. I know the Correction guys have all kinds of expertise in this area. If anyone has info on books, peridoicals or journals written by former EME members, let me know. The web sure can't help... Thanks

Hey Slate,

I only have limited info on these guys, but my wife works for the Bureau of Prisons here in Louisiana, and could get some info for you I'm sure.

She gave me some photo copies of basic knowledge of known prison gangs, including tattoo's worn by members.

If needed, respond by email, and I'll be glad to forward the info I have. I'll also see if she can dig up something for you.
