im ok at making the tests and making the arrest but once i get the suspect back to 99 i get confused. does any have a cheat sheet for the intoxalizer, and just for the post arrest process in general?

Don't you have a fellow or superior Officer that could give you a refresher course? It's much better to watch it first hand than to read directions and follow along, in my opinion...

What the hell is he talking about? Is he a seasonal who does not know how to work the intoxilyzer? Id hate to see what his reports look like to the JoP court.

Your Implied Consent Form should have the operating instructions printed on it, if you use the standard one that most agencies in the state do. If not, they should be printed and kept somewhere near the machine. If not, press red button, wait your observation time, press green button and follow instructions on screen. These machines are quite idiot proof.

Instructions should be right next to it, or right on it in under a small laminated sheet. If you're not sure, ask, but dont try it alone and mess it up. Better to ask help and have ecverything stand up in court than get it totally blown because some whacked attorney can prove you botched the operation of a piece of equipment.
Leave your desk and find a unit for 24A and try again. Do not pass go.
