Hello,
New to the board. I took the Investigator test for th NYS DMV and recently received a letter with a location selection sheet and a Personal History Statement. I have been reading this board and from the sound of things NYS is having major budget problems like my state is. I have heard from different departments that have hiring freezes on. Is the freeze done state wide or is it done by a department by department basis?
