Ok guys, if we are going to become outraged when a good cop like Sgt. Crowley gets falsely accused of racism, we risk hypocrisy if we are going to remain silent when this stuff happens.

In the interest of justice I am going to call it fairly.

This Boston guy is a racist, immature, idiot and I hope he gets fired.

No collection of individuals, whether a nation, club or bowling league from Pacoima, can truly call itself civilized until it learns to police its own.

In the case of Sgt. Crowley vs Professor Gates (and his supporters), there's at least some room for debate and discussion. I'm afraid I don't see much controversy about this guy. (He's an Adam Henry, who happened to have had a badge.) :confused:

The rest of the world is going to condemn the Boston guy for his awful language and racist rant, so I don't know that much really needs to be said on a pro-police forum.

This place IMO is a place for us to vent, sure, but more so to talk amongst ourselves and help prop up those who are otherwise tore up on the media. It's ok for us to get all uptight about what happened with Sgt. Crowley, but I don't think we need a long thread about what the Boston idiot did.

Just my opinion.
