Some police supply stores sell it. I'm sure it depends on your state laws. I have no idea about Iowa.

Yeah I'm just trying to find a shop that DOES sell it...we only have 1 local shop here who only have First Defense spray and Galls doesn't sell it either...Sure am glad I'm not in Davenport I'm sitting on a nice 200 foot high hill away from the river...dunno about the police department though its less than 50 feet from the river and the helipad is looking like it's going to be flooded

Nah the humid weather is nice right now...not flooding where I am in the city...I've thought about it but I don't know any suppliers that stock it tried both Galls and Botach and neither have it...
