I'm a current LEO with my 37th B-Day coming in Nov 2009.

I took the CBPO test that was offered in May just because I had not taken a Federal test before and I figured "why not?"

I got my NOR today and I scored a 96. (I'm baffled by that since I had 11 unanswered math questions at the end of the time limit and I literally just started darkening random ovals.)

My question to those of you who seem versed on the issue is:

What is the possibility that I will get an offer before 11/09?

Keep in mind that the area that I am seeking is severely understaffed and had few applicants so those two things should not really be a factor. "Best case" how quickly can this process move along?

I'm not 100% sure that this rule applies to other agencies, but with my agency as long as you have a conditional/tentative offer before you turn 37 you are OK. I would think with such a high score you could have a conditional offer in time.
