For those guys that have taken the cooper 40...What does the sit up bench look like? Ive seen different benches out there....narrow ones, broad ones, decline etc. Is it flat? I'm not sure if all depts that use the cooper 40 use the same bench...
Im applying for Nassau PD on Long island, and this is the first time they will be using the cooper standards, so nobody has actually seen what these benches look like. But I cant imagine them being anything else other than a regular, flat bench.
