Howdy! You guys might remember that I'm in the Academy right now. The skills portion of our Academy is almost at an end and I want to dump a lot of the gear I bought (two duty holsters, flashlight, vest, etc).
I don't wanna wait until next December/January to sell this stuff to the next Academy class. Is there a better place than the classified ads to sell this stuff? Somebody looking for a Safariland Model 6280 holster probably isn't gonna hold their breath checking our local paper every day until one comes up. Also, local dealers say they don't buy used leather, even if it is brand spankin' new (one of the holsters was opened but never used...doh!).
If you remember my little sob story about selling my Glock to afford a Beretta for firearms (qualified with a 190/210 http://www.officer.com/ubb/smile.gif ), you know why I am so anxious to sell all this stuff (wanna get a Glock back in my hands to keep practicing with!).
If you guys can help me out, I would be really grateful. Thanks!
