Nuclear SPO hiring

I have done a lot of research looking for info on Nuclear SPO's and how to get hired as one. I did see an older thread on here about it, but I still can find no information on how to get hired as one. All I could find is the Wackenhut site on the Oak Ridge facility which is not hiring. Can anyone help me out with this?

"DOE" or "Dept. of Energy jobs" on google search.

SPO's are usually under "Classified positions".

I know a lot of them arent alway hiring, but I still cant find really anything about SPO hiring. Its all tecnical jobs in the nuclear labs and facilities, but it seems wierd because you would think there would be more SPO positions than those.
