Criminal Law update book

I do not have a good description of this book, but i have seen officers carry it. It basically has updates on case law so you can stay current on decisions.

Any idea what its called?

It is put out by the State of Calif, and can be purchased on a website...dunno which department publishes it.

It's mthe Calif Peace Officer's Legal Sourcebook.

Are you talking about the several inch thick blue binder?.....that is the California Peace Officers Legal Sourcebook.........CA DOJ puts it out..you get the binder and around 8 updates a year.......there is also a much smaller version of it that it published once a year.....

There is also a company that offers an online subscription via license with DOJ I forgot the website and will try and find it. Or you could just use Google.........

What I am trying to do is to have as much knowledge of the law as possible.
