GNC Mens Vitamin packs?

Anyone try these vitamin packs that GNC offers? I know some of the packs offer an "Energy Pill" which has about the same amount of caffeine of 1 cup of coffee?

They're about 50 bucks for a 30 day supply.

I buy a 30 day supply from Lindberg Nutrition for $21.99. They have two locations in Southern CA.

IMO- Don't waste your money on any kind of suppliment except caffine.

Eat better quality meats and vegetables and join a better gym. There is not a reputable scientific study that I have ever seen that supports any long term measurable effect in health or performance from taking suppiments. It is the snake oil concept- re-packaged.

Cutting edge, top athletes get some benefit (in strength and performance) but it is so small and in certain sports it can perhaps make a difference for them, but for the average Joe you will gain nothing but a thinner wallet.
