DISCLAIMER: This is serious, and is REALLY not a joke.
There is a crazy lady who screams bloody murder at the top of her lungs at a bus stop, she throws stuff around and then 30 minutes later the bus comes. She stomps around, and yells at cars (apparently a kid in my class had a pleasant experience with her) She might be homeless, but looks in decent condition. This is possibly the weirdest thing
JT, see what you are missing? Everything happens on Federal Highway.

Is it possible she has Turrets? Or more likely a mental illness?

Dunno, I know for a fact she was a Signal 20, regardless of medical conditions. I told my mom to call the police if she starts walking in the road.

It's probably the "professional drunk" my old friend used to have to deal with constantly... the last time he dealt with her she "hid" in the bushes at a complex and tried to bite her ankles to commit suicide

I had one of those in my apartment building in California back in the college days. She would stand on a street corner rambling on and doing a chicken dance or something. Heard her slam the phone down over and over saying things "and another thing...you are foreign and ugly". I once got ticked at her and said "Down girl!" and by God she stopped and shut up.

The only way to know if someone is a "professional drunk" is by smell or by a blood test....
This lady you'd have no idea she was drunk (except her craziness)

Interesting.. I'm still having trouble getting over the whole biting ankles.. interesting alternative to cutting your wrists.

Hence the Baker Act that followed.... you should have seen the time I was with him and he dealt with her... something out of Reno 911

We have a lady acting something like that.
Her problems are deep. She screams at little kids and calls them all kind of dirty words and tells her dog to attack them. That's a small dog though and won't bite, but never the less she's had multiple contacts with the police.
But yeah, as i said her problems are deep, she turned nuts when her husband died. I kind of feel sorry for her.
