holster problem

I just bought some used duty gear that is safariland. The holster is a model 200 and the allen screws aren't tightening up good. It seems like one has wore the leather out. All of the gear is in good condition and I like the holster. It stays in its place. I would like to know how to fix that screw though, if there is any way. I would appreciate any information on this topic. Thanks.....

I will tell you this much: if you like that style holster, go out and buy a new one. Don't try to resurrect the dead. The useful life of a duty holster is about five years, give or take. That's pennies a day. Your life is worth the expense. Don't cut corners in this area.
Save the old holster for force on force training where you might be wrestling with rollplayers for control of the weapon. Better the holster fail in that arena than on the street, and you'll be protecting the duty holster from excessive wear received in training.
