Do all police dept. hiring processes include a polygraph? Does anyone no of any large departments that don't?

Before this goes downhill fast, there are several large city departments that don't have a poly, MPDC/NYPD/etc.

Don't sweat the poly, I had a couple and both went well. IMO its a tool used as part of the interview, its not 100% accurate but pretty close, and if you hit on some questions it will open the door to more questioning.

Just be honest, lay it all out there, and relax. Worst thing that can happen is they say no.
