My initial response to this is; why do you have one? If you're a tow operator your employer will already have them. Most police officers don't carry them anymore because of lawsuits. So unless you're just some fanatical good samaritan running around looking to help lock outs, or your significant other is a complete moron and keeps locking their keys in their car and you aren't smart enough to make a spare set of keys, you really have no need for something that could be considered a burglarious instrument. Which by the way, possession of such is a felony...
