Not off the top of my head, bain. However, we just got a memo on it. I don't remember if it lays out the actual process step-by-step, but I will try to find it at work today and see if I can come up with some info for you.

I know a few people from various agencies (all current 1811's) who got picked up under the new announcement as well as the direct hiring authority ICE has given their offices. Each of them had an interview at a RAC or SAC office and was then given a conditional offer. As part of the conditional offer, they had to sign off on voluntarily taking a pay reduction to GS-12 until they completed ICE-SAT. Their BI's were updated and they took a physical. From there they waited for the next opening in the ICE-SAT add-on. I know a postal inspector that got picked up, but ICE is making them take CITP and ICE-SAT, versus the other folks I know who are 1811's that already had CITP under their belt, who just had to take ICE-SAT.
Most of the people I know that are getting picked up for ICE as a lateral are through the direct hire program versus the USA job lateral announcement.
