SWAT Pin

So I read in the "Ask a cop" forum about the traffic pin and I was curious about other depts. SWAT insignia. My dept. does not currently have a SWAT but we will probably be there in about 2 - 4 yrs. So lets see what your dept. uses.

Our dept. issues a gold eagle that can be worn on your uniform after you clear swat probation (1yr).

The 1* isn't so much a SWAT pin as it's a general LE pin.

We have a gold eagle, similar to the one at the top. It is worn upon completion of our basic swat operator school and activation to the team.

Ours just says "SWAT" on a pin. We have uniform patches for our cammies.

Ours are pretty basic. We prefer it that way.

We wear a SWAT rocker on our right shoulder and a pin with a yellow happy face wearing a police dress cap on our right pocket flap. The pin was given to us by our former chief, whom has past away.
