Hey everyone. I'm new to this site, in fact I just heard about it for the first time, yesterday. It looks like a great site, with lots of useful information. I hate to mention that I am a Lieutenant, because it seams that the Brass are not well received. But as I said, I'm new and haven't seen the entire site yet. I will say that I am one Lt. that will never forget where he came from. I also have thick skin, so even if my first impression is correct, we'll still have some fun...........lol. See you around.

Welcome, Lt http://www.officer.com/ubb/biggrin.gif The only brass that gets "blasted" tend to be the ones that need it. From your opening post, I don't think you'll have a problem. Enjoy, and jump right in L)

One of my favorite people on the planet is a Lieutenant; no problem with that here! http://www.officer.com/ubb/biggrin.gif
Are you part of the Heli squad? The name...

Hey LT, welcome. What you are seeing about brass getting put down a lot has to do with so many "brass holes" out there. Most of us realize that most of the brass is just doing their jobs, but we have also been around long enough to see some of the folks that really prove the "peter principle."

Again, welcome, from somebody who has done his share of complaining about the brass. http://www.officer.com/ubb/biggrin.gif

Hello Eye... http://www.officer.com/ubb/smile.gif

We badge bunnies always did need a Lieutenant around here. They come equipped with a desk and all! http://www.officer.com/ubb/biggrin.gif

All kidding aside, you certainly are welcome here. I hope you enjoy yourself and if we can be of any assistance, just click one of our links and we'll do our best.

Have fun! http://www.officer.com/ubb/cool.gif

Welcome, eyeinsky. It will be good having another Lt. in here in case they start ganging up on us. http://www.officer.com/ubb/smile.gif

Rebecca: Oh sure, throw that Badge Bunny thing (figuratively speaking, of course) out to a Lieutenant. And besides, there's always been one in here & you never said anything about desks. Lt.s don't have clean desktops you know. They have a lot of stuff gathered over the years occupying space. You didn't think it was cluttered with paperwork, did you? Hah! http://www.officer.com/ubb/biggrin.gif

Ummmmm, I was welcoming you, of course. Seems like the perfect thing to do at four in the morning. http://www.officer.com/ubb/smile.gif

I usually try to be more discreet when it comes to the brass. http://www.officer.com/ubb/cool.gif While we're on the desk... errrrrrr, I mean, on the subject of the desk... I thought you always said that clutter on your desk was to sharpen my maneuvering skills. http://www.officer.com/ubb/biggrin.gif
