To All 9/11 First Responders!

I opened to this thread to general forums, and a brother gave me a heads up to move to this topic.

I am writing to request your participation in my doctoral dissertation research study.

I received my Masters degree from John Jay College in Manhattan and I'm currently at the University of Central Florida-Orlando working toward a PhD degree.

My research focus is to obtain an understanding of the affect of informal relationships' on emergency management effectiveness. The findings of the study will help to improve Emergency Management responses in the future.

I am seeking 9/11 first responders who served with the FDNY, NYPD, American Red Cross, FBI, FEMA or US Military - either at Ground Zero or worked for any of these agencies at the time of the 9/11/01 terrorist attacks.

The survey has 25 questions, will take ten minutes to complete and can be accessed at this link:

Please feel free to contact me at: bahadir@mail.ucf.edu if you have any questions.

Thanking you in advance for your interest and participation.
