At my interview last week, they told us they did not have any packets to hand out, but we could go online and get 99% of them. I assume I can fill out APD-5 form online, and print it out. I assume I can print out the rest of the APD files listed and type them up. Does anyone know what I need that isnt listed on the website?

if you're talking about proof of residency, birth certificate etc..
