Was driving home from upstate NY and looked like what happened to be an officer involved 10-50 in around Pelham off the Hutch. Looked like a bunch of Westchester County and FD, with an obvious damaged non-county police car which looked like it had been in an accident.

A 10-50 on my job is a disorderly group. Maybe you should clarify.

Same here.

I assume he means a vehicle accident.

On my job, that shall be a 10-53. And meal is 10-63. NEVER EVER get those two confused.

This is the reason I support a unified code system for l/e, for EVERY agency. It would help neighboring jurisdictions understand out code and for us to understand theirs incase of an emergency.

On a sidenote I noticed that you marked that you are a sworn police officer, but for occupation.. you noted CEO/APO. What is that?

Ah, thanks. And my mistake for the ten-codes, was using the NC ones. Thought 10-50 was a common code for an MVA elsewhere.

Pelham (exit 8) on the Hutch Expwy is my exit. I saw the scene. MVPD, NRPD, Pelham manor and Pelham PD and multiple Fire and rescue Depts. I saw a mangled body laying on the pavement. The most action seen over them parts in years.
